How this works

Three steps

1. You tell us your goals

Tell us how you want to grow as an individual, what new experiences you want to have, and how you would like to contribute to the team we place you with.

2. We tell you the truth

On our first call we will know if we are a fit to work together. If the answer is no, you hear it then — not after months of silence.

3. We introduce you to law firms looking for your specific skillset

You get real exposure — your name in front of real partners and decision makers.

For lawyers

Be the name we bring up when the right role opens.

We meet in advance of new opportunities

So when the role opens you are already a name with a reason behind it, not a CV in a pile of ninety.

We’ll build your profile together

What you have actually handled, and where you want to go next — in your words, not squeezed into a form.

Discretion by default

We do not publish candidate lists, and we do not tell firms who else is looking.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which firms do you recruit for?

Leading firms across El Salvador and Central America, and a growing number of firms in the United States looking for talent in the region.

Who sees my CV?

Only our team, in a private folder. We keep it 12 months and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Do you guarantee a placement?

No, and nobody honest can. What we guarantee is a straight answer: if we don't think we can help, we’ll let you know on the first call.

Do you have a salary database for the region?

Salaries for legal roles in El Salvador are too thin to publish honestly, and we are not going to invent one. We will tell you what we know on an updated, case-by-case basis.

I'm employed. Is this confidential?

Yes. We don't publish candidate lists and we don't tell firms who else is looking.
